Spokelog ("we," "our," or "us") is a software-as-a-service platform that helps General Contractors and field superintendents create AI-powered daily construction logs.
Information you provide directly: Account information, voice recordings, project details, and payment information (processed via Stripe).
Information collected automatically: Device type, IP address, and usage data.
To transcribe voice recordings, maintain the service, and respond to support requests. We do not use your voice recordings to train AI models without consent.
We do not sell your personal data. We share only with service providers (hosting, payment, AI transcription) and legal authorities if required.
Your data is stored on servers in the United States using industry-standard encryption. Voice recordings are deleted from the transcription pipeline within 24 hours.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data.
We use only essential cookies required for your session.
Spokelog is intended for users 18 years of age or older.
We may update this policy and will notify you by email 14 days before changes take effect.
